We believe in sustainability when it comes to diet. We do not restrict certain food groups, as all foods have a place in a healthy diet.
We offer 1-2 visits per week - in person or virtually. Each visit lasts approximately 30-45 minutes.
Yes, we offer many different medications for weight loss including semaglutides and tirzepatides. We only prescribe FDA approved, brand-name medications to ensure safety and efficacy. It is not a requirement to take medication, but we believe in a multi-disciplinary approach.
We provide a comprehensive health questionnaire and consultation to determine if you are a candidate for medication. We require a tele-health or in-person visit with our Physician - a board certified Medical Doctor.
If your insurance policy includes coverage for weight loss, we provide documentation for reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA payment options.
Depending on the program, our fees range from approximately $250-490 per month. We do not bill for more than 4 weeks at a time.
Once achieved optimal weight, it is possible to come off as long as you continue to implement the behavior modification tools while on this medication. There might be a slight weight-gain, but lifestyle changes will help maintain the majority of the weight loss
Results vary by individual but some report changes in weight and appetite within one week of use. Individual weight loss can vary depending on factors such as starting weight, adherence to diet and exercise, and metabolic rate. Average weight loss timeline for Zepbound:
- After 4 weeks: Around 2% of body weight on average.
- After 8 weeks: Over 4%.
- Beyond three months: The real effect of Zepbound is seen.
- After 72 weeks: Average weight loss was reported as 15% (34 lbs) for the 5 mg dose, 19.5% (44 lbs) for the 10 mg dose, and 20.9% (48 lbs) for the 15 mg dose in adults without diabetes.

The most common side effects are nausea, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, and irritation at the injection site. It varies by individual. To reduce the chance of side effects, we recommend starting at the lowest dose of Wegovy and Zepbound. We also offer microdosing to mitigate side effects.
Zepbound is a once-weekly injection that can be taken with or without food. It is injected under the skin (subcutaneously) in the stomach area, thigh, or upper arm.
Zepbound has a boxed warning about the risk of thyroid C-cell tumors. People with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 should not use it. Zepbound is not for people with a history of pancreatitis or severe gastrointestinal disease. Zepbound is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Both pens and vials should be stored in the refrigerator at 36°F to 46°F. They can be kept at room temperature safely for up to 21 days.
