Inside Our Nutrition Counseling Program
Our one-on-one nutrition counseling sessions offer personalized, expert support to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Each month includes 4–8 visits (in-person or virtual), full body composition analysis using the InBody scale, and consistent accountability. We focus on tailored guidance to assess your nutritional needs, identify challenges, and build a realistic, sustainable plan.
What our one-on-one sessions include:
- Includes 4-8 Nutrition Counseling visits per month, in person or virtual
- Full Body Composition on InBody Scale
- Monthly accountability and support
- Personalized guidance: assess nutritional needs, identify problems, set goals, and create a tailored plan
- Education: Clients learn about the relationship between food and health, including balanced diets, portion control, and making healthy choices
- Behavior modification: address unhealthy eating patterns, overcome barriers to change, and develop sustainable lifestyle improvements

- Ongoing support: Follow-up appointments are often scheduled to monitor progress, provide support, and make adjustments as needed (1-2 in person or virtual appointments per week)
- Food documentation: client documents food in an app such as MyFitnessPal for accountability and support
